How often should you review your website SEO?

Enticing visitors to your webpage and keeping your search engine ranking is a top priority for many businesses, so it’s imperative that you review your website SEO frequently as part of your ongoing digital marketing strategy.Google makes as many as 500 changes to its algorithms each year, so to keep your website prominent and in front of your customers you’ll need to focus on modifying your SEO strategy on a regular basis. This practise also helps you to ensure that your website is the best that it can be.Here’re a few of the main elements that you’ll want to revisit at regular intervals as part of your ongoing SEO strategy:

Keywords As your website continues to grow and new products or service lines are added, you’ll want to know which keywords or search terms visitors are using in order to find your website. You can easily find this information using Google Analytics and its essential that you use these insights to discover precisely what keywords are performing well, and those that are receiving little traffic. These keywords can change over time, especially if you are continually adding new products, so it’s a good idea to check that the keywords you already have in place are still relevant using one of many keyword tools available online. If you notice that there’s been a change to search terms, amend your on-page SEO to reflect this.Google Trends can also be useful here. It will show you which search terms are popular, which are declining in use and which are emerging. You can factor this knowledge into your content creation and optimisation efforts.
Tags and Descriptions Title tags are a vital factor for on-page SEO. While meta descriptions aren’t an SEO factor they are displayed in the search results pages so they act as a call to action.Regularly check that these tags and descriptions are still relevant and contain any keywords that you identified in the step above to provide a good explanation of what each page offers to prospective visitors.A quick review of each page to check that your tags and descriptions are in place and still relevant should be undertaken at regular intervals, so make a note in your diary.
Revisit content Although fresh new content is important, revisiting existing content is equally vital when you come to review your website SEO.Ask yourself if a particular page is performing well, or if it lags behind the others when it comes to visits. By tracking the pages that continually fail to attract new visitors you will easily be able to see which content needs a refresh.

Your homepage is your agency’s first handshake. If it’s unclear, cluttered, or generic—you’re losing potential clients in seconds. Here's what your homepage actually needs to convert visitors into leads. 1. A Headline That Tells Them What You Do “Helping local businesses grow with mobile apps and digital tools.” Make it specific, client-focused, and benefit-driven. If it could apply to anyone, it applies to no one. 2. A Strong Subheadline That Builds Trust “Trusted by 1,000+ entrepreneurs across 20 countries.” This is your social proof shortcut. Numbers work. So do logos and testimonials. 3. A Visual That Shows the Result Use mockups, screenshots, or lifestyle photos. Help visitors see what they’ll get—a mobile app, a dashboard, a website, a client smiling. 4. A Short List of Benefits (Not Features) Launch your digital presence fast No tech skills required Support and tools included Keep it tight. Think “what’s in it for me?” from the client’s point of view. 5. A Clear Call to Action (CTA) “Book a free call” “Get your launch pack” “See what’s possible” CTAs should stand out visually and be repeated 2–3 times on the page. 6. A Simple Contact Form or Button Make it easy to get in touch or book. Remove friction. Don’t ask for more than name, email, and one question. Pro tip: You don’t need to design from scratch. The Eazi-Business Business-in-a-Box gives you ready-made homepage templates with proven structure, persuasive copy blocks, and branding flexibility. Use our pre-built website framework to launch with confidence and convert faster.
