Our report analysed some of the top franchise businesses operating in the UK today, using information from company-submitted data, published industry sources and third-partyresources. Franchises were ranked using criteria such as revenue, market expansion, growth and number of years in operation. Consideration was also given to franchises that had an environmental policy in place, offered financial assistance to their franchisees or received awards or other forms of recognition. The data was put through Franchise Direct’s ranking methodology to ensure an objective outcome.
