Eazi-Apps National Business Awards Finalist in Two Categories

We are delighted to announce that Eazi-Apps-Business has been named a finalist in the National Business Awards for both the ‘Business Innovation’ title and the ‘Business of the Year’ category. Just last month we were also nominated as a top 100 franchise in the UK.

The Business Innovation award

The Business Innovation award seeks to recognise those SMEs (businesses of 250 employees or less) who are doing something new, different, smarter or better to make a positive difference with innovation covering any aspect of the business, from a process implemented internally to a service offered to clients.

Here at Eazi-Apps, we believe that anyone can become an entrepreneur, and with over half a million new start-ups launched each year in the UK, we’re not the only ones. Getting a new business off the ground is a huge task though and, around half are said to fail. We believe there is a better way and we’ve pioneered a unique business in a box solution which really sets up apart. It’s this approach to helping budding entrepreneurs realise their business ambitions that has seen us secure a finalist spot in the Business Innovation category of the National Business Awards.

Business of the Year Finalist

In addition to the Innovation category, we’ve also been shortlisted in the Business of the Year competition. This award is seeking to recognise a small business with outstanding initiative, boldness and imagination, as well as sound management practices. Sustainable growth and a degree of commercial success exceptional for the size of the business must be demonstrated – with such tough criteria, we’re over the moon to have been named a finalist for this award.

Back in 2013 we were monitoring the explosive growth of smartphones and noticed the popularity of mobile apps.

We believe that small businesses are the fabric of our economy, but these businesses were struggling to find a way to leverage this new technology to help them compete against bigger businesses who had large budgets and expert marketing teams to throw at tech.

The Eazi-Apps vision

A wave of entrepreneurs came forward launching businesses servicing these smaller businesses. However, with a lack of funds, expertise and experience they were folding before getting off the ground.

This is where our vision takes centre stage. Eazi-Apps Founder and CEO Zakir Daud has a wealth of experience in technology and 15+ years know-how in the franchising space. There are numerous app development platforms available but the design/development focus really missed a trick we think – building a successful business is about more than just the technology, it’s about the art of running a business too and having the tools and support to overcome the hurdles of launching a business.

We’re leading the way with our innovative solution to help budding entrepreneurs build and launch their own successful business with the first ‘Business-in-a-Box’ solution in the app development marketplace globally. In a rapidly changing market, we’re continuously building and evolving to further help our partners and grow our business.

We recently launched Eazi-Sites-Business which fast-tracks the route to market by providing everything partners need to launch and manage a profitable website development business. We’ve also rebranded, revamped our online academy and invested heavily in member resources.

Our growth over the last 12 months has been exceptional and we’re delighted to see this culminate in a Business of the Year finalist place. The winners will be revealed at a black tie event on Friday 06 December – so we’ll keep you posted!
