Beauty really is skin deep!

We have all heard the phrase “beauty is skin deep” and other cliché’s such as “beauty is in the eye of the beholder”. With that being said, how does this talk of beauty apply to apps? Let us find out…

The first thing that comes to mind when you see an app is the visual side, how aesthetically pleasing does the app look. However, there is much more to an app than the visual elements. Sitting behind the app is a powerful content management system that helps the app function and ultimately allows you to sell your proposition.

Although it is critically important to emphasise the benefits that an app can have for your clients, it is also important to stress the features that their app can contain. This is where the technology driving the app is useful and can be a real eye opener for your clients.

When you are demonstrating the capabilities of an app it is essential to show your clients the dashboard behind the app. Talking them through the process and explaining how they can log in to access certain features is really powerful. For example, you could show your clients how they can send out push messages via the dashboard or how they can access the analytics tool to see the number of iPhone and Android downloads as well as mobile website views.

By opening up the functionality behind their app, your client can see just how many resources they have available to them. You can also show them how they can update certain elements within the app. For instance, show your clients how they can update the menu within their app? How about updating items within their shop? Or even adding new events to their app? By showing your clients just how simple it is for them to make real-time changes to their app you are further reinforcing the concept of the app you have produced.

How you choose to demonstrate the inner workings of the app is entirely up to you. You can demonstrate this face to face using your laptop for instance. Alternatively, you can use free screen sharing software to walk your clients through the dashboard from the comfort of your home.

By giving your clients an in-depth look at the app, from both the inside and outside, you will really be demonstrating the full capabilities of the app. Contact us today to see how you can join the Eazi- Apps family.

Your homepage is your agency’s first handshake. If it’s unclear, cluttered, or generic—you’re losing potential clients in seconds. Here's what your homepage actually needs to convert visitors into leads. 1. A Headline That Tells Them What You Do “Helping local businesses grow with mobile apps and digital tools.” Make it specific, client-focused, and benefit-driven. If it could apply to anyone, it applies to no one. 2. A Strong Subheadline That Builds Trust “Trusted by 1,000+ entrepreneurs across 20 countries.” This is your social proof shortcut. Numbers work. So do logos and testimonials. 3. A Visual That Shows the Result Use mockups, screenshots, or lifestyle photos. Help visitors see what they’ll get—a mobile app, a dashboard, a website, a client smiling. 4. A Short List of Benefits (Not Features) Launch your digital presence fast No tech skills required Support and tools included Keep it tight. Think “what’s in it for me?” from the client’s point of view. 5. A Clear Call to Action (CTA) “Book a free call” “Get your launch pack” “See what’s possible” CTAs should stand out visually and be repeated 2–3 times on the page. 6. A Simple Contact Form or Button Make it easy to get in touch or book. Remove friction. Don’t ask for more than name, email, and one question. Pro tip: You don’t need to design from scratch. The Eazi-Business Business-in-a-Box gives you ready-made homepage templates with proven structure, persuasive copy blocks, and branding flexibility. Use our pre-built website framework to launch with confidence and convert faster.
